Rieter presents latest innovations at ITM Texpo Eurasia

Turkey, as the link between Europe and Asia, was again this year venue of the ITM Texpo Eurasia. Rieter presented to customers from Turkey and the Middle East its complete range from the fiber to the finished yarn. The mood of the market is positive – signs indicate growth in the Turkish textile industry.

To present to customers the latest innovations and to take a joint look into the future – this Rieter succeeded in doing at the ITM in Istanbul. Over the four days, visitors to the ITM acquainted themselves with the complete range offered by Rieter and valued receiving comprehensive information on all four spinning systems from a single source.

Interest in Rieter‘s compact spinning technology

The K 45 compact spinning machine, which could be seen live and in operation on the exhibition stand, was the target of great interest. Focus was targeted on the further technological developments and flexibility. The possibility to spin core and fancy yarns on a compact spinning machine was met with enthusiasm by customers who place great value on a high level of flexibility in their plants.

Supporting customers in the marketing of yarns

Rieter actively supports its customers in the marketing of yarns from Rieter machines. On the communal stand of the Swiss Textile Machine Association from Swissmem, the Rieter yarns and their properties were presented to visitors. Showcase of Savio’s textile machines at ITM, Tukey

ITM Texpo Eurasia 2012 Exhibition will bring together the world’s leading textile technology manufacturers in Istanbul on 21-24 April 2012 at Tuyap Beylikduzu Fair and Congress Center. Turkey is an important customer of Italian textile machinery; quality fully corresponds to Turkish standards and, thanks to the geographical nearness to Italy, can be guaranteed an optimum service and quickness.

Turkey is ranked in the top five export markets of Savio Macchine Tessili, so the attendance at ITM exhibition is meant at massive level for being closer to these important customers who may be interested in the most advanced and automated Savio models, for either their green field or expansion projects. Savio will showcase in Istanbul three machines: Polar/I automatic link winder and two Sirius machines equipped with different technologies. In fact, further the standard configuration, Sirius can be equipped with the new Twist&Twist device, that makes possible “two twisting operations”, instead of the usual single.

The T&T solution is expected to turn upside down the twisting capability and opens a path in this sector, which seemed to be inexorably bound to the Two-for-One (single twist). It is an absolute innovation, since this technology allows an increase of process productivity of 33%, with the same energy consumption as the standard double twist spindle.
